Common use of Non-Cable Services Clause in Contracts

Non-Cable Services. Any service that does not constitute the provision of Cable Service.

Non-Cable Services. Any service that does not constitute the provision of Cable ServiceService to multiple Subscribers in the Franchise Area including, but not limited to, Information Services and Telecommunications Services.
