Common use of NON-CAPITAL COSTS Clause in Contracts

NON-CAPITAL COSTS. Non-capital Costs means those Operating Costs incurred that relate to current Year's Operations. In addition to costs relating only to current Operations, the costs of surveys and the intangible costs of drilling exploratory and development wxxxx, as described in paragraphs 2.2.3, 2.2.4 and 2.2.5 below, will be classified as Non-Capital Costs. Non-capital Costs include, but are not limited to the following:
