Common use of Non-Chargeable Clause in Contracts

Non-Chargeable. An accident or incident where the Company vehicle is clearly not at fault nor responsible in any manner for the accident or incident. Therefore, it must be shown that no responsible action on the part of the Company’s operator would have prevented such an accident or incident. Paint and Body Employees must be capable of, and can satisfactorily repair and paint, in a reasonable length of time, any and all bus body damage. They may also perform maintenance work that their classification will permit when needed and called upon.
