Employee represents and agrees that he has not been pressured, misled, or induced to enter into this Agreement based upon any representation by Employer or its agents not contained herein. Employee represents that he has entered into this Agreement voluntarily, and after having the opportunity to consult with representatives of his own choosing and that his agreement is freely given.
