Common use of Non-Commercial Programming Clause in Contracts

Non-Commercial Programming. The Issuing Authority and/or PEG Access Designee shall not use the PEG Access channels to provide for-profit commercial programming. Nothing in this Section 5.12 shall prohibit the Issuing Authority and/or PEG Access Designee from having memberships, sponsorships, underwriting or acknowledgements (such as underwriting and acknowledgements accepted by PBS), to the extent not otherwise prohibited by applicable law and regulation.
