Non-Competition and Confidentiality Agreements. Seller shall deliver a fully executed Non-Competition and Confidentiality Agreement (in the forms attached hereto as Schedule 4.1.9) from Xxxx Xxxxxx, it being understood and agreed that Buyer shall pay Xxxx Xxxxxx the additional sum of $250,000 as consideration for such agreement and such agreement be effective during Xxxx Xxxxxx'x employment and for a period of five (5) years thereafter.
Non-Competition and Confidentiality Agreements. The Company shall have entered into non-competition and confidentiality agreements with all key Employees and employees of the Company in forms acceptable to all parties.
