Non-Competitor. Each Buyer Party, on behalf of itself and its Subsidiaries, acknowledges that, as of the date hereof, it is not active in the research on, the development of, the manufacturing of, the marketing of, the commercialization of, the distribution of, and/or the promotion of any hyaluronic acid-based dermal fillers.
Non-Competitor. Such Transferee is not a Competitor, unless the Lessee and Bayer shall have otherwise consented in writing.
