Non-Compliance with this Agreement. (a) Failure by any Obligor to comply with or to perform any of the covenants in Sections 8.1.4(i), Sections 8.9 through Section 8.15 and Section 8.17. (b) Failure by any Obligor to comply with or to perform any of the covenants herein or any other provision of this Agreement (and not constituting an Event of Default under any of the other provisions of this Section 10.1) and continuance of such failure for 30 days after notice thereof to the Company from the Agent.
