Non-Consent Development Operations. and is relieved of the Costs and risks of that Development Operation, except that a Non-Participating Party in that Development Operation remains responsible for its Participating Interest Share of the Costs of plugging and abandoning a Development Well, less and except all Costs of plugging and abandoning associated solely with the subsequent Development Operation in which it was a Non-Participating Party.
