Non-Covered Drugs. (A) The Contractor shall submit, no later than 60 calendar days after the end of each quarter, a report of drugs which the Contractor has elected to cover, but which are not indicated as being covered drugs on the PDL-Plus file. The report shall be in a format designated by the Department.
