Non-Credit Classes. Teachers employed in approved non-credit programs shall be paid on the Salary Range for Non-Credit Class Instruction, except that a lower hourly rate may be established in any program initiated by individual teachers and in any program for which the state or federal funding is specifically designated, such funding is insufficient to pay the non-credit hourly rates, and available local economic resources would not permit the program to be implemented using the non-credit hourly rates.
