Common use of Non-Critical Situation Clause in Contracts

Non-Critical Situation. In non-critical situations, an employee whose work or conduct is of such nature as to possibly incur discipline shall first be warned in writing by the Supervisor. The Supervisor shall give no more than ten (10) days to permit the employee to correct the deficiency without incurring disciplinary action. No more than one written warning shall be given before disciplinary action is imposed.
