Non-Disciplinary Reports. The Employer shall notify an Employee in writing of dissatisfaction concerning his/her work within two (2) calendar weeks of the event, or when the Employer was made aware of the event. Such reports shall be removed from the Employee’s personnel file and discarded if no further similar incidents occur: • after twelve (12) months; or, • after eighteen (18) months for issues of work attendance. For issues of resident care, the report shall be removed from the Employee’s file after twenty-four (24) months, where there are no further issues. These reports will not be discarded. Performance Appraisals are exempt.
