Non-disclosure of the Reason of Termination. 5.7.1 Under no circumstance shall the Company disclose the reason or cause of the termination of this Contract to any third parties other than the executive officers, directors or relevant personnel in the human resources department of the Company who are in need of knowing such reason or cause of termination for the business operations of the Company, except such disclosure is authorized by the Employee or requested by relevant government authorities.
