Relevant Personnel means all full-time, part-time, or contract personnel whose job responsibilities related in any way to the processing, marketing, sale, or distribution of Fluid Milk or any other products by the Divestiture Assets, at any time between July 1, 2019 and the date on which the Divestiture Assets are divested to Acquirer.

The United States, in its sole discretion, will resolve any disagreement relating to which employees are Relevant Personnel.
