Non-Discretionary Duties; Additional Services. The services performed by BCBSRI or TPA under this Agreement are ministerial in nature and generally performed in accordance with the terms of the Plans and BCBSRI’s standard operating procedures. BCBSRI and Employer may agree to additional services by amending this Agreement.
