Non-Discrimination in Hiring. The Commissioning Agent agrees that it will comply with provisions of the Philadelphia Fair Practices Ordinance administered by the Human Relations Commission of the City of Philadelphia, the Pennsylvania Human Relations Act, No. 222, October 27, 1955, as amended, 43 P.S. Section 951 et seq.; Title 7 of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 42 U.S.C. Section 2000 et seq., and all pertinent regulations adopted pursuant to the foregoing in providing equal employment opportunities in connection with all work performed by it pursuant to this Contract.
