NON-DISCRIMINATION IN REFERRALS. The Union’s Employment Office shall be conducted without discrimination because of age, race, color, religion, sex or national origin, or membership or non-membership in, or activity for or against, any labor organization, except to the extent that membership in the Union may be required as a condition of employment as required by Section 18. The selection of employees or applicants for employment or referral shall not be based upon or in any way affected by Union membership, bylaws, rules, regulations, constitutional provisions or any other aspect or obligation of Union membership, policies or requirements.
