Common use of Non-discriminatory Exercise of Authority Clause in Contracts

Non-discriminatory Exercise of Authority. Whenever, in the administration of the Plan, any discretionary action by the Plan Administrator is required, the Plan Administrator shall exercise its authority in a non-discriminatory manner. It shall be the principal duty of the Plan Administrator to see that the Plan is carried out in accordance with its terms for the exclusive benefit of persons entitled to participate in the Plan.
