Termination of Participant. If the Participant terminates participation in the Medical Expense Reimbursement Account, expenses incurred prior to such termination shall be eligible for reimbursement. Provided, however, that if the Participant elects health continuation coverage under COBRA (pursuant to Section 4980B of the Code) with respect to the Medical Expense Reimbursement Account, expenses incurred after the date of termination of participation which occur no later than the earlier of (i) the end of the Plan Year, or (ii) the cessation of health continuation coverage with respect to the Medical Expense Reimbursement Account will be reimbursable.
Termination of Participant. This Agreement shall terminate immediately and without notice if the Participant Agreement between TMLS and Participant is terminated for any reason.
Termination of Participant. In the event of any termination or suspension of Participant Agreement, upon RMLS notice to Subscriber, RMLS may in its sole discretion suspend Subscriber access to RMLS System or terminate Subscriber license and access agreements, including this Agreement. If RMLS does not exercise its right to suspend Subscriber access to the RMLS System or terminate this Agreement, this Agreement shall continue in full force, and the subparagraph of Section 16 of this Agreement in effect at the time of the termination or suspension of the Participant Agreement shall be binding on the parties to this Agreement for its duration.
Termination of Participant. This Agreement shall terminate immediately and without notice if the Participant License and Access Agreement between HGMLS and Participant is terminated for any reason.
Termination of Participant. The Participant shall not be entitled to a Restructuring Bonus if he is terminated for Cause, or if his employment with the Company ends due to Disability, Retirement, or due to a voluntary termination of employment by the Participant without Good Reason.
Termination of Participant. In the event of any termination or suspension of Participant Agreement, upon NWWMLS notice to Subscriber, NWWMLS may in its sole discretion suspend Subscriber access to NWWMLS System or terminate Subscriber license and access agreements, including this Agreement. If NWWMLS does not exercise its right to suspend Subscriber access to the NWWMLS System or terminate this Agreement, this Agreement shall continue in full force, and the subparagraph of Section 16 of this Agreement in effect at the time of the termination or suspension of the Participant Agreement shall be binding on the parties to this Agreement for its duration.
Termination of Participant. In the event of any termination or suspension of Participant Agreement, upon STELLAR MLS notice to Subscriber, STELLAR MLS may in its sole discretion suspend Subscriber access to STELLAR MLS System or terminate Subscriber license and access agreements, including this Agreement. If STELLAR MLS does not exercise its right to suspend Subscriber access to the STELLAR MLS System or terminate this Agreement, this Agreement shall continue in full force, and the subparagraph of Section 16 of this Agreement in effect at the time of the termination or suspension of the Participant Agreement shall be binding on the parties to this Agreement for its duration.
Termination of Participant. In the event of any termination or suspension of Participant Agreement, upon MRED notice to Subscriber, MRED may in its sole discretion suspend Subscriber access to MRED System or terminate Subscriber license and access agreements, including this Agreement. If MRED does not exercise its right to suspend Subscriber access to the MRED System or terminate Subscriber license and access agreements, this Agreement shall continue in full force, and the subparagraph of Section 16 of this Agreement in effect at the time of the termination of suspension of the Participant Agreement shall be binding on the parties to this Agreement for its duration.
Termination of Participant s [or Eligible Spouse’s] Benefit. No further benefits will be provided to the Participant [or Eligible Spouse] under this Rider if:
a. No amounts are allocated to Eligible Investments for the benefit of the Participant [ or Eligible Spouse] and the Income Base equals $0.00; or
b. Pursuant to the terms of the Plan or the Code, the Plan is required to distribute the Participant’s [or Eligible Spouse’s] entire interest in the Plan.
Termination of Participant. In the event of any termination or suspension of Participant Agreement, upon MFRMLS notice to Subscriber, MFRMLS may in its sole discretion suspend Subscriber access to MFRMLS System or terminate Subscriber license and access agreements, including this Agreement. If MFRMLS does not exercise its right to suspend Subscriber access to the MFRMLS System or terminate this Agreement, this Agreement shall continue in full force, and the subparagraph of Section 16 of this Agreement in effect at the time of the termination or suspension of the Participant Agreement shall be binding on the parties to this Agreement for its duration.
