Common use of Non-Exclusive Appointment Clause in Contracts

Non-Exclusive Appointment. You agree on a non-exclusive basis to use reasonable efforts to solicit and receive offers to purchase Shares in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement and the Offering Documents. Nothing in this Agreement shall limit our right to make other arrangements with respect to the Shares with any person, including the appointment of other distributors or selling dealers.

Nothing in this Agreement shall limit our right to make other arrangements with respect to the Shares with any person, including the appointment of other distributors or selling dealers.
