Common use of Non-Exclusive Appointment Clause in Contracts

Non-Exclusive Appointment. The Seventh Issuer Corporate Services Provider shall be entitled to provide services of a like nature to those to be provided by the Seventh Issuer Corporate Services Provider under this Agreement to any other person. The Seventh Issuer Corporate Services Provider shall not be deemed to be affected with notice of or to be under any duty to disclose to the Seventh Issuer any fact or matter which may come to the notice of the Seventh Issuer Corporate Services Provider or any employee in the course of the Seventh Issuer Corporate Services Provider rendering similar services to other persons in the course of business in any other capacity or in any manner whatsoever otherwise than in the course of carrying out its duties hereunder.
