Non-exclusive Market and Purchase Rights. It is expressly understood and agreed that this Agreement does not grant to KOFAX or Tech Data an exclusive right to purchase or sell Products and shall not prevent either party from developing or acquiring other KOFAX's or Customers or competing Products.
