SCOPE AND TERM OF AGREEMENT. 1.1 Scope This Agreement sets forth the terms and conditions which shall govern the use of and payment for Directory Assistance (DA) Service and IntraLATA Call Completion Service (hereinafter collectively referred to as “Services”) to be provided by Xxxx Atlantic, or its affiliated companies, to Carrier. Carrier shall subscribe to and pay for Services for Carrier’s local exchange customers in the ___________ LATA(s).

SCOPE AND TERM OF AGREEMENT. Section Term Of This Agreement shall remain in full force and effect from AM February to AM, February Section Separability All provisions of this Agreement shall be subject to the laws of Canada and that of the Province of Ontario. Should any part hereof or any provision herein contained be rendered or declared invalid by reason of existing or subsequently enacted legislation or by a decree of a court of competent jurisdiction, such invalidation of such part or portion of this Agreement shall not invalidate the remaining portions hereof and they shall remain in full force and effect.
