Non-Exclusive Supply Relationship. This Agreement is not evidence of, nor does it create, any form of exclusive supply relationship between the Parties concerning the receipt, storage or delivery of Xxxxxxxx Products at any Warehouse. Nothing in the Agreement obligates Xxxxxxxx to store any Xxxxxxxx Products at a Warehouse during the Term.
