Non-Exclusivity and No Proprietary Rights. MPS hereby grants Contractor during the term of the PSC a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to license to use, display, modify (to the extent necessary to provide the Service), and transmit the Data Sheet(s) (including any trademark, trade name, service mark, or logo of MPS contained thereon (“Marks”)) for use with the Service during the term of the PSC. At no time will Contractor own any proprietary right to the actual MPS Application and Marks.

End-User hereby grants to Provider during the term of the Services Agreement, a non-exclusive, royalty-free right and license to use, display, modify, to the extent necessary, any trademark, trade name, service mark, or logo of End- the term of the Services Agreement. At no time will Provider own any proprietary rights to the actual End-User content in ApplicationStation and to the Marks.
