Non Fund Assets. The duties of the Trustee shall be limited to the assets held in the Fund, and the Trustee shall have no duties with respect to assets held by any other person including, without limitation, any other trustee for the Plan unless otherwise agreed in writing. The Company hereby agrees that the Trustee shall not serve as, and shall not be deemed to be, a co-trustee under any circumstances. The Named Fiduciary may request the Trustee to perform a recordkeeping service with respect to property held by others and not otherwise subject to the terms of this Agreement. To the extent the Trustee shall agree to perform this service, its sole responsibility shall be to accurately reflect information on its books which it has received from the Named Fiduciary.

The duties of the Master Trustee hereunder shall be limited to the assets held in the Master Trust Fund, and the Master Trustee shall have no duties with respect to assets held by any other person including, without limitation, the trustees of the Participating Trusts or any other trustee for the Plans. The Company and the Named Fiduciary hereby agree that the Master Trustee shall not serve as, and shall not be deemed to be, a co-trustee under any circumstances.
