Common use of Non-Hiring of Employees Clause in Contracts

Non-Hiring of Employees. No employees of the College or of the State or any department, commission, agency or branch thereof whose duties as such employee include matters relating to or attending the subject matter of this contract shall, during the term of this contract and while being employed, become or be an employee of Seller.
