Non-Hiring. Customer agrees that during the term of this Agreement and for a period of one (1) year thereafter, Customer shall not solicit or hire those employees of iGrafx who have performed work relating to this Agreement without the prior written consent of iGrafx. The foregoing restriction on solicitation shall not apply to employees of iGrafx who respond to employment opportunities through advertisements, job fairs or other public recruitment initiatives carried out by Customer in the normal course.
