Non-Identifying Information. Notwithstanding Section 6.1 above, Gallagher may collect, use, transfer, and disclose information in a form that does not specifically identify Client (“Non-Identifying Information”) for any purpose. Non-Identifying Information can include certain organizational and personal information that has been de- identified; that is, information that has been rendered anonymous. Gallagher may obtain Non-Identifying Information about Client from information provided to Gallagher by Client. Furthermore, Gallagher may combine and aggregate Client Non-Identifying Information with information collected from other sources for internal and external research purposes. Gallagher certifies that it shall comply with applicable laws, with respect to privacy and data security relative to Non-Identifying Information.

Non-Identifying Information. Notwithstanding Section 6.1 above, Gallagher may collect, use, transfer, and disclose information only in a form that does not specifically identify Client (“Non- Identifying Information”). All Non-Identifying Information will remain anonymous and cannot be altered to re-identify Client or any individual. Furthermore, Gallagher certifies that all Non-Identifying Information combined and aggregated with information collected from other sources for analytical and research purposes, shall be subject to, and in compliance with all applicable privacy and data security laws.

  • De-identified Information De-identified Information may be used by the Operator only for the purposes of development, product improvement, to demonstrate or market product effectiveness, or research as any other member of the public or party would be able to use de-identified data pursuant to 34 CFR 99.31(b). Operator agrees not to attempt to re-identify De-identified Information and not to transfer De-identified Information to any party unless (a) that party agrees in writing not to attempt re- identification, and (b) prior written notice has been given to LEA who has provided prior written consent for such transfer.
