GTJAS will not be an independent intermediary in distributing or selling investment products to the Client because GTJAS may have links or other legal or economic relationships with the issuers of such products; and/or GTJAS may receive commissions, fees, or other monetary or non-monetary benefits from other parties including the issuers of such products.
