Non-Industrial Disability Insurance. A list of all Employee Assistance Program Coordinators and a telephone number to contact the appropriate coordinator shall be furnished to the Union within a timely manner after the execution of this Contract. Changes to such lists and phone numbers shall be promptly furnished to the Union when such changes occur.
