Non-Instructional Duty Day. In order to allow Employees time to prepare for incoming classes and to conclude the affairs of previous classes, provisions shall be made for the scheduling of non-instructional duty days, ten (10) working days for each instructor in any one calendar year. This provision shall also apply to those instructors in a continuous intake course. The non-instructional duty day entitlement for instructors who do not teach a full year shall be pro-rated accordingly. Implementation of this clause shall begin on January 1, 1980 and be fully implemented by April 1, 1980.
