Screening Committee. (a) The Screening Committee shall review cases of regular Employees who have completed their initial probationary period, who have become incapacitated through temporary disablement or permanent partial disablement, and who as a result are precluded from performing the duties of their own occupation. The Committee shall also review cases of all Employees who have become incapacitated through industrial injury or industrial illness. (b) Following the review of such cases, the Screening Committee, taking into account the best interests of the Employee and the Employer, shall make recommendations to the Employer in accordance with their agreed terms of reference. (c) Where the Screening Committee is unable to decide upon recommendations for a particular case, it shall be referred to the Bargaining Principals for final disposition. (d) The Screening Committee shall consist of a qualified medical practitioner, as chairperson and four (4) members. Two (2) members shall be appointed by the Employer and two (2) members shall be appointed by the Union.
Screening Committee. The Employer acknowledges an obligation to maintain on payroll regular employees who have completed their probationary period and who, through advancing years, are unable to perform their regular duties. A Screening Committee shall be established to review cases of such employees. The Committee shall consist of two members appointed by the Employer, two members appointed by the Union and a Medical Doctor who shall act as chairperson. The Screening Committee may make recommendations to the College Board to retain the employee in a less arduous position and/or to recommend what retraining the Committee deems advisable. Where the Screening Committee is unable to recommend that the employee be placed in a less arduous position or to be retrained, the particular case shall be referred to the principals to this Agreement for final disposition.
Screening Committee. All applications for sabbatical leaves will be reviewed for recommendation to the Superintendent and Board by a committee consisting of three (3) representatives of the Board and three (3) representatives of the Association.
Screening Committee. The screening committee shall be composed of three (3) teachers, one each representing the three (3) buildings in the district and one (1) administrator. The committee will meet in the first week of August to select teachers who will act as consulting teachers and mentors. To be considered, applicants must meet selection criteria, must be volunteers and must submit an application to the Resident Educator Coordinator. Strict confidentiality of the selection process is required. Selection of consulting teachers and mentors will be done by majority vote and secret ballot.

All decisions of the Screening Committee shall be unanimous. (b) The Screening Committee shall meet at such times as shall be mutually agreed upon by the parties and at a site alternating between Caliper's and Neurocrine's place of business, or as otherwise mutually agreed. Neurocrine and Caliper shall each bear the travelling expenses and accommodation charges of its own members attending meetings of the Screening Committee. (c) The Screening Committee shall coordinate the activities carried out under the Screening Program and monitor the progress of the Screening Program. The Screening Committee shall conduct the Screening Program as necessary to achieve the overall goals of developing LabChip Assays for the Targets, screening the LabChip Assays, and discovering Royalty Compounds.

(b) Following the review of such cases, the Screening Committee, taking into account the best interests of the employee and the Agency, shall make recommendations to the Agency in accordance with their agreed terms of reference. (c) The recommendations of the Screening Committee shall be adopted by the parties. In the event that the recommendations are not unanimous, the recommendations of a majority of the Screening Committee will stand as the governing recommendations. (d) The Screening Committee shall consist of a qualified medical practitioner as a Chairperson, and two members. The Agency and the Union shall each appoint one person to serve as members. The parties shall select the medical practitioner and the Agency shall pay the attendant remuneration and expenses of the person so selected.

Screening Committee. A committee shall be formed to screen the applications received for any position. a. The Screening Committee shall be composed of two (2) persons chosen from the department area if possible by the CSEA President or designee; and two (2) management persons chosen from the department area, if possible, by the Superintendent or designee. The composition of this committee shall attempt to provide equitable gender representation. Any person knowing a candidate on a personal basis shall be disqualified from this committee, whenever possible. All materials within the screening process shall remain confidential. b. The Screening Committee shall hold a prescreening meeting at which time the committee will clarify the position opportunity and what qualifications are necessary to fill the position opportunity; and review the District score sheet to be used in screening applications. c. The Screening Committee shall score applications using the District score sheet. Scores will be averaged. d. The Screening Committee shall meet to discuss any major discrepancies in scores and to reach consensus on which applications will be sent to the Interview Committee. (Score rankings will not be sent to the Interview Committee.) e. Applicants who are to be sent on to the Interview Committee shall be tested on required job skills before interviews. Each applicant shall be tested using standardized tests developed by the District. Test scores shall be made available to the Interview Committee before the actual interviews.
Screening Committee. The District shall allow up to two (2) members from the Association on any committee of ten (10) or more members whose purpose is to screen and provide written or oral input about applicants for a new Superintendent, Director of Special Education and Director of EI/ECSE (or equivalent) for the District. If the screening committee has fewer than ten (10) members, the District shall allow the Association to have up to one (1) member on the committee. The District Board of Directors has sole authority in final hiring decisions. If the District chooses to fill a Superintendent, Director of Special Education and Director of EI/ECSE (or equivalent) position by appointment, the District shall solicit and consider Association feedback on the appointment candidate prior to any final appointment decision.
Screening Committee. Three members of the Xxxxxxxxx-Earlville Teachers' Association shall be appointed by the Executive Council to a committee established by the Board of Education for the purpose of screening candidates for the positions of Superintendent, Assistant Superintendent, and Building Level Administrators.
