Non-Interference with Employment Relationships. During Executive's employment with Employer, and for a period of one (1) year thereafter, Executive shall not, without Employer's prior written consent, directly or indirectly: (a) induce or attempt to induce any employee to leave the Employer's employ; or (b) interfere with or disrupt the Employer's relationship with any of its employees or independent contractors.
