Common use of Non-Interference with Suppliers Clause in Contracts

Non-Interference with Suppliers. The Executive hereby agrees that he will not, during the Restricted Period, either on his own behalf or in conjunction with or on behalf of any other person, directly or indirectly, interfere, seek to interfere, induce and/or incite another person to interfere, or take steps to interfere with the continuance of supplies (or the terms relating to such supplies) from any suppliers who have been supplying products, materials or services to the Corporation or any of its Affiliates, franchisees, joint ventures, or other person with whom the Corporation or any of its Affiliates have engaged in a business relationship at any time during the term of the Executive’s employment.
