Common use of NON-INTERRUPTION OF OPERATIONS Clause in Contracts

NON-INTERRUPTION OF OPERATIONS. During the life of this Agreement and the procedures set forth in Article II of this Agreement, the Association shall not authorize or engage in any interruption of the functions and operations of the College, including but not limited to strikes, slowdowns, stoppages of work, or any other similar refusal to perform and carry out the duties and responsibilities of Employees in any manner or degree, with the exception of a re-opener on salary, wages and fringe benefits. In the event an agreement is not reached under a reopener, the Association shall have the right to withhold its services as set forth in ORC 4117.
