NON-LIABILITY OF LESSOR. Unless caused by Xxxxxx's proven negligence, Lessor shall not be liable to Lessee for any loss, damage, or expense of any kind or nature caused directly or indirectly by the Equipment or by the use, maintenance, operation, handling or storage thereof, or for the loss of Xxxxxx's business, or damages whatsoever or howsoever caused.
