NON-MEDICAID SERVICE WORKERS IN EASTERN WASHINGTON. Employees in Eastern Washington working any non-Medicaid service hours covered by this Agreement that are not shifts or visits covered by the subsection 23.1.1 above, shall be compensated according to the provisions of Appendix C.
