Common use of Non-Member Equalization Clause in Contracts

Non-Member Equalization. i. In order to equalize the payments and deductions in respect of Members of the Guild and non-Members, and in lieu of a health contribution, the Producer shall contribute a percentage, based on the applicable tier level of the Production, as set out in Article MB6.06 of the Gross Remuneration paid to each non-member Permittee and remit the non-Member equalization payment directly to the District Council every two (2) weeks.
