Non Operational Fisheries and Marine Officers. (a) The Director General will determine, after consultation with the Union, which positions are designated as Non-Operational Fisheries and Marine Officers and the weekend and public holiday work requirements of positions so designated. (b) The parties agree that the annualised hours requirement and salary for designated Non Operational Fisheries and Marine Officer positions will be determined based on the actual hours worked during the preceding 3 years for each position and an assessment of future requirements. (c) Where annualised hours are not achieved the provisions of sub-clause 10.12 of this Agency Specific Agreement will apply. (d) The annualised hours requirement for Non Operational Fisheries and Marine Officers will be reviewed on the expiry of the Agency Specific Agreement unless otherwise agreed.
