Non-Participation in Treatment. No undercover officer will in any way participate in or attend any drug or alcohol abuse treatment or counseling program. In the event that an undercover officer is referred to, or recommended to participate in, a counseling or treatment program by a teacher or school staff member, the undercover officer will report the circumstances of that referral or recommendation to his superiors and will decline such referral or recommendation.
