NON-PAYMENT OF ADDITIONAL RENT. The Landlord shall have the same rights and remedies in the event of any non-payment by the Tenant of any amounts payable by the Tenant under any provision of this Lease and the parking agreement as in the case of non-payment of rent and may be recovered by the Landlord as rent by any and all remedies available to the Landlord for the recovery of rent in arrears.
