Non-Payment of Other Amounts. The Borrower fails to pay, in the manner provided in this Agreement, any other amount (other than the amounts set forth in Section 8.1(a) above) payable by it hereunder when due and such default shall continue unremedied for a period of at least ten (10) Business Days after the Borrower’s receipt of notice from the Administrative Agent of such default; or
Non-Payment of Other Amounts. The Borrower shall fail to pay any interest on any Loan or any fee or any other amount (other than an amount referred to in Section 9.01(a)) payable under this Agreement, when and as the same shall become due and payable, and such failure shall continue unremedied for a period of five Business Days;
Non-Payment of Other Amounts. Default, and continuance thereof for five (5) Business Days after notice thereof by the Lender to AESOP Leasing, in the payment when due of any amount payable hereunder (other than any amount described in Section 12.1.1).
Non-Payment of Other Amounts. The Borrower fails to pay, in the manner provided in this Agreement, any other amount (other than the amounts set forth in Section 9.1(a) above) payable by it hereunder within ten (10) Business Days after notice of such payment is received by the Borrower from the Administrative Agent; or
Non-Payment of Other Amounts. Any Borrower fails to pay any fee or other amount payable hereunder when due and such failure continues unremedied for more than three days.
Non-Payment of Other Amounts. The Company shall fail to pay when due any portion of any other amount payable under this Agreement and not specified in paragraph (a) or (b) above and such default shall continue unremedied for fifteen (15) days after notice thereof shall have been given to the Company by the Operating Agent or any Bank; or
Non-Payment of Other Amounts. Failure of any Borrower and continuance thereof for one (1) Business Day after notice thereof by CSFB to the applicable Borrower, in the payment when due of any amount payable hereunder (other than any amount described in Section 10.1.1), including, but not limited to payments or transfer of cash or Eligible Receivables required pursuant to Section 4.3 and Section 4.4 and payments pursuant to Section 2.7(a).
Non-Payment of Other Amounts. An Obligor does not pay, within five Business Days after the same becomes due, any amount (other than those referred to in Clause 26.1 (Non-payment of principal) and Clause 26.2 (Non-payment of interest) payable pursuant to a Finance Document at the place at and in the currency in which it is expressed to be payable.

Any representation or warranty made or deemed made by or on behalf of any Loan Party in or in connection with this Agreement or any Loan Document or any amendment or modification thereof or waiver thereunder, or in any report, certificate, financial statement or other document furnished pursuant to or in connection with this Agreement or any Loan Document or any amendment or modification thereof or waiver thereunder, shall prove to have been false or incorrect in any material respect when made or deemed made;
