Non-Payment of Scheduled Payments. The Borrower shall (i) default in the payment when due of any principal of any Secured Debt; unless (x) such default is caused by an administrative or technical error and (y) payment is made within three (3) Business Days of its due date, or (ii) default in the payment when due of any interest on any Secured Debt or any fee or any other amount or Obligation payable by it under this Agreement, any Secured Debt Instrument, any Secured Hedge Instrument or any other Financing Document and such default continues unremedied for a period of three (3) Business Days after the occurrence of such default.

  • Scheduled Payments As of the Cutoff Date, each Receivable had a first scheduled due date on or prior to the end of the third month immediately following the Cutoff Date.

  • Amortization Payments The Company shall make three payments (each an “Amortization Payment”) as follows: on the six-month anniversary of the Original Issue Date, on the seven-month anniversary of the Original Issue Date, and on the Maturity Date (each such date a “Payment Date”), provided that if any Payment Date is not a Business Day, then the applicable payment shall be due on the next succeeding Business Day.   • Scheduled Principal Payments The Borrower shall make payments of principal to Holder as follows: (i) on the first anniversary of this Note, the sum of $279,500, which represents 10% of original principal amount of this Note, (ii) on the second anniversary of this Note, the sum of $1,118,000, which represents 40% of original principal amount of this Note, and (iii) on May 18, 2010 (the “Maturity Date”), a final payment of the sum of the outstanding principal balance of this Note, including the amount of any PIK Interest, together with accrued and unpaid interest thereon, and all other obligations and indebtedness owing hereunder, if not sooner paid.

  • Non-Payment The Borrower or any other Loan Party fails to pay (i) when and as required to be paid herein, any amount of principal of any Loan or any L/C Obligation, or (ii) within three days after the same becomes due, any interest on any Loan or on any L/C Obligation, or any fee due hereunder, or (iii) within five days after the same becomes due, any other amount payable hereunder or under any other Loan Document; or

  • Principal Payments Originator is authorized and directed by SPV to enter on the grid attached hereto, or, at its option, in its books and records, the date and amount of each loan made by it which is evidenced by this Subordinated Note and the amount of each payment of principal made by SPV, and absent manifest error, such entries shall constitute prima facie evidence of the accuracy of the information so entered; provided that neither the failure of Originator to make any such entry or any error therein shall expand, limit or affect the obligations of SPV hereunder.

  • Advance Payments Payments made by the Borrower to satisfy future installments must be accounted for as prepaid installments of principal and interest. The Servicer should contact the Borrower if there is a question about the Borrower's intention in making any unscheduled payment.
