Common use of Non-Performing Assets Clause in Contracts

Non-Performing Assets. As of the end of the month immediately prior to the Closing, total nonperforming assets shall not have increased more than twenty percent (20%) over total nonperforming assets as of December 31, 2022.

Non-Performing Assets. As of the end of the month immediately prior to the Closing, total nonperforming non-performing assets of the Bank shall not have increased more than twenty percent (20%) % over total nonperforming non-performing assets of the Bank as of December 31, 2022.

Non-Performing Assets. As of the end of the month immediately prior to the Closing, total nonperforming assets shall not have increased more than twenty percent (20%) 33% over total nonperforming assets as of December January 31, 20222016.
