Non-Reappointment Based on Institutional Factors. When non- reappointment is based on reasons other than the Trainee’s performance or his/her compliance with the terms of this Agreement (WSU, Hospital or Program Closure, reduction or discontinuance) it shall be final and not subject to further appeal or review and shall not be grievable under WSU’s grievance procedure. In this event all Trainees shall be entitled to the following: 6.2.1 Notification of non-reappointment as soon as practical after the decision to close is made; 6.2.2 Reasonable assistance in finding appointment to another training program; 6.2.3 Fiscal resources permitting, payment of stipend and benefits up until the conclusion of the term of this Agreement;
