Common use of Non-Recorded Documents Clause in Contracts

Non-Recorded Documents. Title Company shall, at the Closing, deliver by United States mail (or shall hold for personal pickup, if requested), each non-recorded document received by Title Company to the payee or person (i) acquiring rights under the document or (ii) for whose benefit the documents were acquired.
