Common use of Non-solicit of Clients Clause in Contracts

Non-solicit of Clients. In light of each Member’s access to Confidential Information and position of trust and confidence with the Company, each Member further agrees that, during the Restricted Period, he shall not, directly or indirectly through one or more of any of their respective Affiliates, solicit or entice, or attempt to solicit or entice, any clients, customers or suppliers of the Company or any Company Subsidiary for purposes of diverting their business or services from the Company.

Non-solicit of Clients. In light of each Management Member’s access to Confidential Information and position of trust and confidence with the Company, each Management Member further agrees that, during the Restricted Period, he shall not, and shall not permit any of his Affiliates to, directly or indirectly through one or more of any of their respective Affiliatesindirectly, solicit or entice, or attempt to solicit or entice, any clients, clients or customers or suppliers of the Company or any member of the Management Company Subsidiary for purposes Group or potential clients or customers of diverting their business the Company or services from any member of the CompanyManagement Company Group.
