Common use of Non-Solicitation of Clients Clause in Contracts

Non-Solicitation of Clients. During your employment with the Company under this Agreement and for a 12-month period after the end of your employment with the Company under this Agreement, you will not: (a) Solicit any Client to transact business with a Competitive Enterprise or to reduce or refrain from doing any business with the Company and its affiliates (excluding any business that is not a material activity of the Company or its affiliates), (b) transact business with any Client that would cause you to be a Competitive Enterprise or that would cause any Client to reduce or refrain from doing any business with the Company or its affiliates, or (c) interfere with or intentionally damage any relationship between the Company and its affiliates and a Client.
